EAT SMART, STAY COOL Exhibition

2025/10/08

As climate change intensifies, how can we transform abstract data into experiences that truly connect with everyday life?
Located in Taipei’s Xinyi District, plantārium presents a brand-new exhibition — “EAT SMART, STAY COOL”, with a focus on climate and sustainable eating. Through interactive installations, animated shorts, and an online personality quiz, visitors are invited to reflect on the connection between what we eat and the future of our planet.

Extreme climate events continue to remind us that environmental change is deeply intertwined with our daily lives. EAT SMART, STAY COOL uses playful and immersive interactions to help visitors visualize how food choices affect carbon emissions, understand the environmental impact of animal agriculture, and explore the links between food systems and the global economy.

👉 Curious to find out your “Vegetable Personality”?
Take the EAT SMART, STAY COOL Personality Quiz and discover which veggie best represents your sustainable self!
Rather than simply presenting the challenges, the exhibition inspires action — from practicing low-carbon eating and choosing local, seasonal ingredients to supporting food-saving initiatives and appreciating the hidden beauty of “imperfect” produce. Through gamified experiences, quizzes, and immersive storytelling, visitors learn how small choices can turn sustainable eating into a natural part of life.

Here, an exhibition is more than an experience — it’s a journey of awareness and participation.
Every choice on the dining table is a gentle act of care for our planet.
Let’s start with one meal, and let the seeds of sustainability take root in our everyday lives.
