Our impact
Good change,
keeps going here
At plantārium we believe everyday choices can make a city kinder, a society more open and an environment more sustainable. Through space, events and partnerships we keep connecting people and ideas, so change happens in ordinary life.

Period: June 2023 – 31 August 2026, cumulative, not a single year. One person on one day counts as one visit; visits are not unique people. The dining figure uses 780 g of CO₂ avoided per plant-based meal; the venue figure, about 13 tonnes, is our own estimate. The 780 g figure is an estimate based on international research comparing the carbon footprint of plant-based and meat-based meals; actual savings vary with the ingredients.
When a space becomes where change starts
Tzu Chi, together with companies and schools, uses plantārium as a place to learn: students share a low-carbon vegetarian meal, explore an environmental education exhibition with all five senses, and try hands-on vegetarian cooking to see how many ways there are to eat.
